Volunteer
Recent events, such as the pandemic and the energy crisis, have shown us that the Entertainment Industry needs to strengthen its internal links. Through professional collaboration and organisation. By doing this we will crate better networks, opportunities and synergies across the industry.
As newly elected president of @AFIAL, it is is one of my main goals to encourage active participation in industry forums and associations in order to help strengthen these internal links.
In addition, I am a motivated industry volunteer and was greatly honored to receive the “Harald Thiel Volunteer of the year Award” by @AVIXA.

Since I was young, I have been attracted to the art of communication and especially to broadcast and collaborating with radio stations and shows. The advent of podcast platforms has allowed me to develop this facet both personally and professionally.
@ELCONECTORAV is a podcast in Spanish dedicated to AV Industry interviews with engineers, producers, and technicians. It all started in March 2020, when I saw professionals from live events become invisible to the world and I wanted to give them (Sound Tech, LX Designers, Riggers, Backliners, etc) the visibility they deserve. We have recorded near to one hundred episodes and the podcast has become the benchmark Spanish podcast for the AV Industry.
@VIAJERO_GEEK is a Spanish podcast which talks about how we can use technology to help us when we travel, creating safer and more comfortable journeys. It was the popularity of this subject with my audience, which inspired me to speak about this subject and create a podcast, where I share tips and tricks used by myself and others.
Both podcasts are available on all major podcasting platforms.
About
I was born in 1975 and I hold an MBA & Telecommunications Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.
Before finishing my studies I started to work on projects related to the word of technology and communications. INDRA, LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES, and VALENCIA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE were just some of companies and projects.
In 2001 I landed in the AV business and the Entertainment Industry. Throughout all these years one of my main motivations has been the continuous evolution of process management, the improvement of working conditions, and the adaptation of the sector to regulations and standards.
Nowadays, I manage several companies within the industry and I am involved in different activities, projects, and associations to help to support the continuous improvement of the sector..
One example of this is my recent election as President of AFIAL, the Spanish association that connects manufacturers and importers of AV Technology.
In this respect, it was an honour for me to receive the Harald Thiel Volunteer of the Year Award by AVIXA in 2021.
